Arkona is one of the smallest communities in Ontario but we certainly have a lot to offer especially for the tourist. We have also seen a lot of development over the last two (2) years, check out our Community News for the services that Arkona has to offer. Arkona was given the name THE LITTLE APPLE a number of years ago because of the number of fruit trees in this area (120,000). We are also rich in history, as you can see when you check out our Heritage tab at the top of the page.
